Two brothers want to improve the planning permission in place on a terrace in Borough Green in Kent, while a mum and daughter hope they don't have too much to do on their first investment in Liverpool. And a brother and sister who are seasoned property developers have ambitious plans for a generous end-of-terrace in London's Streatham.
